We provide business consulting and management services such as: market analysis, strategic advisory and business development in MENA region, mostly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

The company was established in 2018, so we have more than 6 years of practical experience of providing consulting services in Dubai, although most of our team members have more than 15+ years of expertise. 

Following to a short brief in Whatsapp or over the phone, we usually initiate a call with a specialists to understand you needs and goals better. We review the requirements and prepare a detailed cost proposal, mentioning the scope, deliverables, cost and timeline. Upon agreeing on the proposal and signing the agreement, we begin with setting up the project and commencing with the fieldwork and development of services. 

We are a boutique consulting company, and have up to 10 core team members. Meanwhile when we have a project specific to some industry we usually form a team consisting of internal and external industrial experts and advisors, which helps to increase the industrial expertise and get more accurate results of services.

Tentatively, we charge between 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. However in some cases, where we need to engage in fieldwork, we charge slightly higher.

Most of our team members have more than 10 years of experience in the UAE and other Middle Eastern markets. Our head of business development department has more than 20 years of work experience and knowledge of the Gulf market and is passionate in assisting business owners and companies in setting up or expanding business ventures in Dubai, UAE and the Gulf Region.
